Admission Programme - 2021-22

1. Order of Priority for Admission

• Category I : Children of Serving Naval Personnel
• Category II : Children of serving Army/IAF personnel who are on deputation to Navy & Coast Guard Personnel serving in Kochi and NCS Staff.
• Category III : Children of Retired Naval Personnel.
• Category IV : Children of Serving/Retired Army, IAF Personnel and Retired ICG personnel.
• Category V : Children of Defence Civilian Personnelf
• Category VI : Others

2. All the parents in Category I should be registered admission request online through school website www.ncskochi.ac.in

4. Admission procedure in view of Covid 19:-

• Admissions requests for Category I (Serving Naval Personnel) to be registered through school website in the admission in the admission portal of ENTAB.
• On completion of scrutiny of the registered application, approval will be given by e-mail for payment of fees through school website.
• Parents can deposit the hard copies (original) of admission form along with supporting documents in the ‘Drop box’ kept near the entrance.
• Interaction with parents and students will be conducted through google meet on completion of admission.
• Necessary precautions in view of Covid -19 will be followed.

5. Admissions for Category II to VI: Admission request can be forwarded to the Director, NCS(K), Command Education Office, HQSNC, Naval Base, Kochi-4 on a plain paper for Category II to VI/ or e-mail. Admissions will only be considered subject to availability of seats

Entry level knowledge test will be conducted for class II to X on case to case basis.

Note:

• (a) For admission in class I, a student must be 5 years old as on 31st March of the year of admission and for subsequent classes the eligible age will be reckoned again with reference to 31st Mar with proportionate increase over 5 years.
• (b) Following documents are required to submit at the time of admission:-
  • Printout of admission form.
  • A self attested copy of birth certificate to be submitted while granting of admission to Class I.
  • Service certificate from HOD.
  • Copy of Adhaar Card.
  • For classes II and above, Original TC and Report card from previous school required.
  • For admission to class X & XII - CBSE registration details of class IX & XI required from the previous school attested with the signature and seal of Principal.
  • Photograph for admission form “Student’s with parents (Size 6cm x 4cm)”.
